Ingredients

  • 20 Kashmiri chilies, dry
  • 1 tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 25 Black peppercorns
  • 12 cloves
  • 2 Cinnamon
  • 10 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Ginger
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Tamarind
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Vinegar

Preparation

  • Grind the chilies and spices with Vinegar to a smooth paste
  • Cool and bottle
