Ingredients

  • 8 cups beef or chicken stock
  • 2 Potatoes,chopped
  • 1 Potato, mashed
  • 2 tbsp Vegitable oil
  • 2 Onions, medium, cut fine
  • 2 Tomatoes, medium, cut fine
  • 1 tbsp Rice, ground
  • 2 tbsp Macaroni
  • 1 Carrot, cut fine
  • a piece of Cabbage, cut fine
  • Few Cauliflower florets
  • Few French beans, cut flne
  • 2 tbsp Peas
  • 1 piece of Ham, smoked, chopped
  • 2 Bacon, chopped

Preparation

  • Heat the oil, cook bacon for few minutes
  • Add the onion, cook till brown
  • Add the tomato and stir-fry
  • Add rice and macaroni and a cup of stock. When these are half done, add the remaining stock and vegetables
  • When the potatoes are cooked, add the ham and mashed potatoes
  • Add salt and pepper to taste and simmer for a few minutes
