Ingredients

  • 1 cup Goan Rice
  • 4-5 cups Water
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  • Boil in rice in plenty of water with salt to taste, turn down the heat and cook till rice is tender, about 30 minutes. Do not drain the water
  • Pez is eaten with fresh clam curry (Pale bhaji: Pale is a type of green leaf, looks like spinach and bhaji stands for curry), fish curry, salt fish or pickle
