Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef, use strip steak
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground Pepper
  • 1 tsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 Egg yolks, beaten
  • Flour
  • 1 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • Oil

Preparation

  • Cut the beef into 4 slices, flatten with a tenderizer
  • Apply the next 4 ingredients to the meat and marinate for few hours
  • Dip the meat slices in egg, coat with flour, dip again in egg, roll over breadcrumbs and set aside for 5 min in refrigerator
  • Remove from fridge, and deep fry or shallow fry the meat till light brown
