Agonda Beach:

In South Goa about 37 kms from Margao, Agonda is a nature lover's delight. Secluded
and picturesque, this beach is ideal for lazing around in the sun. Agonda is the
place if you are looking for peace and solitude.
Here you will find absolutely no tourists, no souvenir stalls, few restaurants,
just the trees, the beach and the beautiful ocean and you. Motorcycle is the best

Benavali Beach:
A tiny beach with relaxed resort situated few miles South of Goa. Benavali Beach
has a handful of budget hotels and excellent seafood restaurants.
Betalbatim Beach:

Stretches of golden sands where one can relax with the sound of swaying palms and
the shimmering waters of the Arabian Sea is the Betalbatim beach. In South Goa situated
just two km north to Colva.
To enjoy a peaceful and truly relaxing holiday Betalbatim is a place to be, and
is considered to be one of the finest beaches of Goa that offers serenity and seclusion. |
Bogmolo Beach:
This sandy, broad, flat and open beach is one of the least crowded beaches and is
quite picturesque and is the least visited beaches. In South Goa this small half
a kilometer long beach is about 3 km from the airport and 8 km away from Vasco.
If you are staying in Vasco this is an ideal beach to spend a day.
The prime attraction of the beach is diving and fishing. There are lot of luxury
resorts and multi cuisine restaurants in the area where one can enjoy delicious
Goan food as well as seafood. Kashmiri vendors are also seen selling handicraft
and tourists souvenirs.

This magnificent beach is 2 km away from Bogmalo beach and offers beautiful views
encompassing the main southern beaches of Goa, along with the foothills of the Western
Ghats. Apart from the serenity and the view, the sunset is really spectacular here.
Beach resorts here have an excellent choice in restaurants and the cafes near the
Park Plaza are also good. Seafood from the cuisine of Goa and India is a particular
specialty. |
